The award winning Texas Gypsies have an eclectic sound, combining, Big Band Swing, Gypsy jazz, Western Swing, Texas Blues and Rockabilly styles!! As well as our own unique take on well known Pop and Jazz standards, and many original songs too! With a look evocative of the '30s and '40s the group can feature and mix guitar, violin and bass, drums, accordion, keyboards, male and female singers and a horn section and can perform as a smaller trio for intimate events up to a 9 piece band!! The music is at once earthy and sophisticated, appealing to a wide audience. — This music makes you feel alive.

Performing almost 150 shows a year from regional to international, we are available for concerts, festivals and private events.

The Texas Gypsies have recently been accepted into three prestigious arts programs — the National Endowment for the Arts American Masterpieces touring program— the Mid-America Arts Alliance and the Touring Artist Program of the Texas Commission on the Arts.

As a result of these designations, your organization can apply for grant money to assist in bringing us to your performance venue or event.
